During your patch test, I will treat to a very small, inconspicuous area with the Inkless Stretch Mark + Scar Revision treatment to evaluate how your skin responds. This is an important step for clients with melanated skin (Monk Scale 5-10) or those with a history of hyperpigmentation/hypopigmentation concerns. The patch test takes about 15-30 minutes and follows the same procedure as the full treatment, just on a much smaller scale. This allows us to: Observe how your skin heals Determine if any adjustments are needed to your treatment protocol Ensure we can achieve optimal results safely After your patch test, we'll schedule a follow-up in 6-8 weeks to evaluate the results before proceeding with a full treatment. This step is crucial for ensuring you are a great candidate. If you are a good candidate and choose to move forward with the ISR treatment, the $50 cost of the patch test will go towards your treatment total. BOOKING TERMS Thank you for choosing OLIS SKIN. As a small business, we pour our hearts into providing you with an exceptional, personalized experience. Every appointment is important to us, and we dedicate significant time and resources to ensure a great experience. When booking, you agree the terms and conditions below: CANCELLATIONS If you have paid a deposit for a service and have not yet had an appointment. You are eligible for a full refund if you provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you paid in full for a service and have not yet had an appointment You are eligible for a full refund if you provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in a 20% forfeiture of the total paid. APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING Last-minute changes can significantly impact our small team and other clients we've committed to serving. Therefore, we require 48 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. If you fail to provide 48 hours notice for rescheduling, a 20% charge of your service total (single services and packages/series) will be charged to the credit card on file. This charge will not exceed the cost of the scheduled service. LATE ARRIVALS/ NO-SHOW’S Late Arrivals: If you're running late, please call 310-846-3046 to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but this depends on our schedule. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late and we have another client booked after you: You risk being charged 20% of your service total. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled, subject to our rescheduling policy. NO SHOWS: If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment without notice: You will be charged 20% of your service total. For future appointments, you will be required to pay for the service in full ahead of the scheduled appointment. SERVICE REFUNDS Services rendered, are non-refundable. PRODUCT RETURNS Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. REFUND PROCESS To request a refund, please contact us at hello@olisskin.com. All refund requests will be processed within 3 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method..
